"This role is currently on a Hybrid Schedule.
You will need to have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access into the client systems during remote work.
We will be expected in the office weekly 3 days depending on the team requirement.

This is a Lead development position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. The overall objective of this role is to build robust, high-performance, large-scale applications.
Hands-on experience in Web technologies (HTML, CSS), REST-APIs, and Backend using Java/J2EE technologies.
Experience with Agile software development processes with a strong emphasis on test driven development
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience in tools such as JIRA, BlackDuck, SONAR etc.
Demonstrated capacity to build sophisticated tooling for development and production team use
Has the ability to operate with minimal level of direct supervision.
Experience and qualifications.
Extensive experience working with most if not all the technologies listed below:
Full-stack developer with 8-10+ years of experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and maintainable applications applying Object Oriented Design principles
Java Core with extensive hands-on experience with concurrent programming.
Spring Framework including Core, Integration, Batch, JDBC, Hibernate.
Databases -RDBMS preferably Oracle, NoSQL preferably MongoDB.
Familiarity with Linux environment including scripting skills.
SDLC/Dev Ops - Github, CI/CD pipeline frameworks such as Jenkins, SonarQube, JIRA, any secure coding toolkits
Ability to lead and coach team of developers
Good to have:
Experience with React JS
Experience in financial or banking sector, automated testing experience
Experience with AI Dev tools such as Copilot

Collaborate with the business/Technical product owner & SMEs to perform detailed requirements analysis
Responsible for Components Design, Construction & Unit Testing of assigned components/modules

Coordinate with customer stakeholders and bridge the offshore communication
Understanding of agile /waterfall development methodologies and test-driven development practices
Responsible for overall deliverables and highlight if any risk
Job Qualifications and Skillset:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Java development

Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, time-management; planning, negotiation skills and presentation skills are highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge in building enterprise web applications

excellent Knowledge in Spring Microservices architecture and design patterns
In-depth knowledge of Multithreading , Concurrency, JPA , Hibernate
Extensively used Eclipse or IntelliJ
Agentic System Design: Lead the architectural design and implementation of multi-agent systems and autonomous AI solutions, ensuring scalability, robustness, and performance.
AI Agent Development: Develop, train, and fine-tune individual AI agents, for tasks such as natural language understanding, decision-making, and task execution.
Orchestration & Integration: Design and implement frameworks for agent orchestration, communication, and collaboration within a larger ecosystem. Integrate agentic AI solutions with existing enterprise platforms and data sources.
Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and related fields. Conduct research and rapid prototyping of new AI technologies and methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Python, PySpark and working in BigData environment is a plus
Knowledge of hardware and operating systems (Unix-based systems)
Knowledge of event based architecture , JMS
Understanding of relational databases (Oracle)
Agile experience with application servers and web application servers
Education:
Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent discipline
Masters degree preferred
