Description
- Join a dynamic team in a hybrid setting in Rutherford, NJ.
- Lead the development of high-performance, scalable applications.
- Work on enterprise platforms using advanced Java and backend technologies.
- Engage in architecture decisions and technical direction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive development of scalable systems using cloud-native architecture.
- Lead data engineering efforts, including data modeling and pipelines.
- Implement foundational components across various programming languages.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
- Mentor and lead a global team of engineering leads and developers.
Qualifications
- 15 years in software engineering, with 8 years in leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed architectures.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and machine learning frameworks.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or sciences preferred.
- Experience with financial risk and data is a plus.
