Sr JBPM Developer (Telecom)
Location: Miami , FL Onsite hybrid
Role Overview:
We are seeking a JBPM Developer with strong Telecom domain expertise and business process management experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and hands-on experience in designing and implementing workflow solutions across Telecom BSS/OSS environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain JBPM-based workflow solutions.
Model and implement business processes using BPMN 2.0.
Create and manage Process Definitions, Decision Tables, and Drools Business Rules.
Develop and administer JBPM workflows for process orchestration across BSS and OSS systems.
Implement case management, exception handling, and process optimization.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to automate and streamline telecom operations.
Required Skills
BPM / Telecom
Strong understanding of JBPM Workflow Engine.
Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 Process Modeling.
Expertise in Drools Rules Engine and Decision Tables.
Experience in workflow orchestration and business process automation.
Strong Telecom domain knowledge with exposure to BSS/OSS systems.
Ability to translate business requirements into process-driven solutions.
