Location: Remote (U.S.)
Employment Type: 1099 Contract (project-based; hours per week based on scope; potential extension based on business need)
Salary: Starting at $65.00 p/hr

About the Role 
Clarvida is seeking an experienced Learning & Development contractor to run and scale our learning operations ecosystem and accelerate multiple active programs. This role is ideal for a hands-on L&D operator who can administer an LMS, deliver high-quality learner support, operationalize onboarding programs, and manage CEU offerings with audit-ready rigor. You will partner closely with U.S.-based People leaders and our Manila People Development team to ensure consistent execution, clear reporting, and a strong employee learning experience. 

Relias LMS Administration & Learning Operations (Day-to-Day Ownership) 
  • Serve as a primary administrator for Relias: user management, learning assignments, learning paths, automations, reporting, and troubleshooting. 
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of course publishing and training plan updates (including rapid turnaround requests). 
  • Maintain learner support channels (e.g., learning helpdesk / shared inbox), triage issues, and ensure timely resolution with clear escalation paths. 
  • Build and maintain operational documentation: SOPs, job aids, “how-to” guides, and a centralized knowledge hub for learning content and FAQs. 
Continuing Education (CEUs) & Learning Program Administration 
  • Administer CEU programs end-to-end: calendar planning, session logistics, learner communications, completion tracking, documentation support, and reporting. 
  • Coordinate with clinical and compliance stakeholders to ensure CEU offerings are accurate, well-governed, and audit ready. 
  • Create repeatable processes for CEU evidence tracking, certificates, and participation analytics. 
Program Reporting & Dashboards (Execution Transparency) 
  • Produce operational reporting and executive-ready updates on: 
    • Onboarding completion and readiness 
    • Learning assignment completion and compliance 
    • CEU participation and documentation health 
    • Learner support volumes, themes, and resolution performance 
  • Partner with U.S. leadership and Manila team members to standardize reporting cadence and improve insight quality. 
How You’ll Collaborate (Including Manila) 
  • Work in a “follow-the-sun” model with the Manila People Development team (learning operations, course publishing, learner support, reporting). 
  • Provide clear work instructions, templates, and QA standards that enable Manila to execute at scale. 
  • Establish weekly operating rhythms (prioritization, backlog review, escalations, and throughput management) across time zones. 
Required Qualifications 
  • 5+ years of hands-on Learning Operations / L&D program administration experience (healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-site environments strongly preferred). 
  • Demonstrated experience administering Relias (or comparable LMS) with comfort in automations, learning paths, and reporting. 
  • Experience administering CEU programs or regulated training environments with audit expectations. 
  • Experience scaling onboarding programs across multi-site organizations. 
  • Strong operational discipline: documentation, process design, quality control, and stakeholder communication. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Excel, PowerPoint); comfort working in distributed teams. 
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Experience working with offshore/shared-services teams and designing execution playbooks that scale.
