Our client, a world leader in diagnostics and biotechnology, is looking for a “Sr Laboratory Technician - Operations” <\/b>based out of Branchburg, NJ.<\/b><\/span>

Pay Rate : $27/hr on W2<\/span><\/b>

The Oligonucleotide Development Group seeks a Laboratory Technician to support purification method development, downstream processing, characterization, and formulation of oligonucleotides. This role involves hands -on lab work, process troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross -functional teams to ensure high -quality production and support scale -up activities.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/p>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>

• Perform purification, characterization, and formulation of oligonucleotides using HPLC, UV -VIS, and related techniques.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Support production operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, OSHA, and cGMP standards.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Document experiments, production data, and results in SAP, LIMS, or other systems.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Monitor lab supplies, equipment calibration, and maintenance.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Participate in experimental design, protocol development, and technical reporting.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Contribute to process improvement, new platform development, and scale -up initiatives.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Provide input on new equipment, procedures, and SOPs.<\/span>

  Qualifications:<\/span><\/u><\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Bachelor’s degree<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Knowledge of cGMP, lab safety, and production support in a regulated environment.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.<\/span>
