Lead Landscape Installation Projects with a Growing Professional Team
Taylor Anthony 365 is seeking an experienced Senior Design-Build Landscape Crew Leader to lead landscape installation and enhancement projects across St. Johns County and surrounding areas.
This is a leadership position for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality landscape installations, running organized job sites, and developing strong crews. The Senior Crew Leader plays a key role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within project budgets while maintaining the quality standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscape installation crews on design-build and enhancement projects
- Execute landscape plans including planting, grading, sod installation, and landscape improvements
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within labor budgets
- Operate and train crew members on equipment including skid steers and sod cutters
- Maintain organized, safe, and professional job sites
- Enforce company SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Communicate daily job progress with management
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of landscape installation experience
- 2+ years leading landscape crews or acting as a foreman
- Experience operating skid steers, sod cutters, and landscape equipment
- Ability to read landscape plans and execute installations correctly
- Strong leadership, accountability, and time management skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license
