The Role

The Sr Lead Operations Analyst within the Centralized Operations Team partners cross functionally with Forged Fiber’s Field and Central Operations leadership to drive visibility into operational performance, execution outcomes, and improvement opportunities. This role focuses on translating operational data into actionable insights that improve productivity, efficiency, service delivery, and customer experience.
This position is hands-on and highly collaborative, requiring a strong analytical mindset, operational acumen, and the ability to connect performance metrics to real-world field execution. You will work closely within the Centralized Operations team and cross functional teams to identify risks, highlight opportunities, and support decision making that drives measurable operational outcomes. In this role, you will help shape the future of Forged Fiber’s operational performance while expanding your impact across the organization.
The Main Responsibilities
· Drive operational performance insights by proactively conducting rigorous and innovative analysis of field and central operations data, including productivity, capacity, cost drivers, service levels, and execution metrics.
· Translate operational data into action by leveraging a deep understanding of field and central operations processes, identifying trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities that enable leaders to take targeted actions.
· Monitor and explain performance vs. targets, both forward-looking and historical. Analyze results, explain variances, and connect performance outcomes to operational levers such as staffing, workflow, process adherence, and demand.
· Develop and streamline reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility into key operational KPIs and drivers. Improve existing reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Power Query to support Central Operational decision making.
· Partner closely with operations leadership to build trust and credibility. Understand their priorities, challenges, and constraints, and ensure focus remains on the levers that will improve execution, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
· Communicate insights clearly and proactively, ensuring risks, constraints, and opportunities are well understood and addressed before they impact operational or customer results.
· Collaborate across Finance, Operations, and other business teams to connect the dots across data sources, align on priorities, and drive cross functional outcomes.
· Support and mentor teammates, contributing to the development of analytical and business partnering capabilities across the broader team.
What We Look for in a Candidate
Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
· 5+ years of relevant experience supporting field operations, central operations, or large-scale operational teams in a technology or similar industry
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work through complex operational data and ambiguous challenges
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or similar platforms
· Demonstrated ability to influence operational outcomes through insight, storytelling, and strong business partnership
· Effective communicator who can translate data into clear, actionable messages for operational leaders
· Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
· High attention to detail while maintaining a strong understanding of the broader operational picture
Preferred Requirements
· Experience partnering directly with Field Operations, Network Operations, Service Delivery, or Central Operations teams
· Experience supporting performance management, operations planning, productivity analysis, or continuous improvement initiatives
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$104,000-$173,000 Annually
