This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior professional with deep experience building financial technology software supporting derivatives. In close collaboration with Sales, Product, Operations, and Services teams, you will strategically define and lead the high level roadmap for Clearwater's Derivatives product including taking ownership of the market readiness for derivative valuation, hedge accounting, collateral management and other full lifecycle product development. This role is also expected to assist with supporting the development of Clearwater's CECL (Current Expected Credit Loss) product.
As the Senior Product Leader for these asset classes, you will articulate the overall vision for derivatives, define and document requirements, create JIRA stories, and work closely with development teams to implement solutions. You will own the full product lifecycle - from market problem definition to user personas, workflow documentation, and business requirements for key functional groups - while also contributing your credit and valuation expertise to CECL product initiatives and mentoring junior product team members.

Salary Range
$207,000.00 - $295,550.00
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
