This role supports the Learning & Development team by managing systems, programs, and processes that enhance training and development across the organization.
You'll analyze LMS data, track KPIs, and present insights to leadership to drive efficiency and improve learning initiatives.
Responsibilities include managing the LMS, building training plans, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring seamless system integration.
Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS tools (preferably Workday), strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
