The Sr. Learning & Development Program Manager leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise‑wide leadership development and professional learning programs. This role evaluates organizational capability needs, manages high‑impact leadership initiatives, integrates external development resources, and ensures programs align with the organization's talent strategy. The position is responsible for building and curating learning experiences, managing vendor partnerships, facilitating key programs, and coaching leaders to support growth and performance. The Sr. Learning & Development Program Manager also oversees project execution, budget management, and operational support to ensure learning solutions are executed effectively and deliver measurable results. Evaluate leadership and organizational development needs and designs enterprise learning programs that align with business priorities. Manages program budgets, oversees external training partners, and curates or develops learning content, including integrating third‑party resources. The position delivers key corporate programs, such as new leader onboarding and high‑potential development, through engaging virtual and in‑person facilitation. Stays current on leadership development best practices, provides coaching to leaders and advisors, and ensures smooth logistical and administrative support for all learning initiatives. Participate in LMS/TMS design and testing. Represent the Bank to both internal and external customers in a courteous, professional manner in face-to-face, written and telephone communications. Accountable for adherence to compliance standards including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), as well as quality and timeliness of work product generated. Actively protect confidentiality of customer and account information. Demonstrate Horizon Bank's commitment to the communities we serve through involvement in local organizations and events Evaluate organizational capability and leadership development needs to identify performance and skill gaps Design, manage and continuously refine enterprise-wide learning and leadership programs, ensuring relevance and alignment with business priorities Oversee program budgets and manage external training partners, vendors and development resources Build or curate learning solutions - including external content - into customized learning experiences Facilitate key corporate learning programs such as New Advisor Orientation, New Supervisor training, and leadership training programs. Deliver engaging, interactive leadership and advisor development experiences in both live and virtual formats Maintaining awareness of emerging trends in leadership development and corporate learning. Experience using talent management systems and learning management systems is a plus Provide development coaching to leaders and Advisors to support the organization's commitment to learning Provide administrative support for learning programs Report suspicious transactions or unusual occurrences to supervisor. Conduct and document periodic risk reviews and run reports as needed Perform all work in compliance with established regulations, policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and instructions. Maintain customer confidence and protect bank operations by keeping information private and confidential. Participate in ongoing skills, compliance, risk management and security training as required for the position and apply knowledge in daily tasks Other duties as assigned BA/BS degree in Organizational Development, Human Development, Education, Training & Development, Communications, Business Administration or a related field. Degree may be substituted with additional years of corporate training experience. 7 or more years' experience managing enterprise training programs 7 or more years' experience designing and delivering leadership training programs to support an organization's leadership development and succession planning 7 or more years' experience designing and developing or identifying external training courses to meet corporate needs 7 or more years' experience delivering training to all levels of an organization; prior experience facilitating orientation is preferred 2 or more years' experience using virtual training tools (such as Teams/Zoom) to deliver training Prior experience with personality assessments and tools preferred (such as DiSC) Knowledge of training industry best practices, techniques, methods, theories, materials and programs for leadership and employee development training Proven project manager Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong ability to coach Thorough knowledge of PC applications; including Microsoft Office preferred.
