BAE Systems is seeking a Sr. Learning Experience Designer and Analyst to support the Functional Training Team's mission of delivering impactful compliance training solutions across 15+ functions in the rapidly-growing ES sector.
This role is for someone who is skilled in both instructional design and training operations support activities like LMS administration and reporting.
As a Sr. Learning Experience Designer and Analyst, you will assess learning needs and design and develop content in various formats using instructional design best practices (with a primary focus on e-learning). Advanced skill in authoring tools is required, with knowledge of UX/UI principles and how to optimize design, engagement and comprehension.
Strong communication and project management are also critical. As a key point of contact for mandatory training development requests, you will act as an internal consultant to effectively evaluate and scope projects. You will make recommendations and drive standards that set the right expectations to create engaging, quality training experiences while being sensitive to the business impact of time spent on mandatory training, including advocating for alternate formats or approaches when appropriate. You will manage multiple concurrent projects with a variety of stakeholder groups, addressing both a backlog of content that needs updating and new development.
Additional experience in LMS administration, reporting, governance, workflow automation (using tools like PowerAutomate and/or Airtable), and data and analytics is highly preferred.

Full-Time Salary Range: $82779 - $140723
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
