Join us!Job Description:The associate at this level is a qualified, seasoned sales officer responsible for providing customized equipment leasing and structured financing solutions to Bank of America corporate clients. Typical transaction size ranges from $5,000,000 up to $250,000,000. The associate is responsible for enhancing client and industry relationships, generating opportunities and tailoring superior client solutions. The associate will possess proven client relationship skills, extensive product knowledge, a strong work and travel ethic, and strong execution and multi-tasking skills.Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified10+ years in a direct sales/origination's role in equipment leasing/structured finance.Customer/Client Relationship ManagementCustomer/Client Industry KnowledgeStrong analytical and financial analysis skillsIn-depth knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, to include GAAP and tax accountingProven ability for client prospecting and territory developmentProven ability to assess customer/client needsProven negotiation skillsProject management skillsEffective presentation skillsStrong communication skillsProficiency with MS Office software applicationsExhibit TeamworkTravel 50%Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
