Product Approvals LeadershipManage and mentor the Product Approval Team. Oversee product and packaging approval cycles. Maintain trackers, calendars, and approval dashboards. Identify and resolve approval bottlenecks proactively.Licensor RelationsAct as the primary contact for licensors on approvals and feedback. Build strong relationships with key brand partners. Translate licensor feedback into clear internal direction.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Design, Creative, Product and Production teams. Align approval timelines with Sales and Operations priorities. Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all products meet brand and contractual requirements. Maintain accurate approval records and documentation. Support audit and compliance processes.Process ImprovementOptimise approval workflows and best practices. Strong experience managing multiple licensor relationships. Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple deadlines. Experience with tools such as Airtable, Asana, or Monday.com. Prior team leadership experience preferred.What's on OfferAnnual salary ranging from $135,000 to $150,000 USD.
