Job Summary: This employee will partner with Sales Producers and carrier partners to place new business, service existing clients, and maintain strong internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market new and renewal business to carriers independently and with Sales Executives
  • Collaborate on new business and renewal strategies, including client and carrier meetings
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
  • Prepare proposals and renewal summaries using BenefitPoint
  • Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality
  • Service assigned book of business, including coverage reviews and client inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and follow agency SOPs and best practices
