Key Responsibilities - Market new and renewal business to carriers independently and with Sales Executives
- Collaborate on new business and renewal strategies, including client and carrier meetings
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
- Prepare proposals and renewal summaries using BenefitPoint
- Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality
- Service assigned book of business, including coverage reviews and client inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and follow agency SOPs and best practices
