The Sr. Logistics Coordinator manages material flow in and out of the plant to ensure timely order shipments and meet schedules.
- Coordinate inbound international container shipments with corporate logistics.
- Schedule outbound customer shipments and transfers to other warehouses.
- Prepare customs clearance documents for international shipments.
- Update incoming shipment data and receive PO materials into system.
- Support shipping, receiving, and customer pickup arrangements, including rush shipments.
- Communicate shipment documents to Finance and generate Country of Origin documents.
- Assist customer service with airfreight quotes and specific shipping needs.
Candidates should have at least 8 years of logistics experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. The role may involve additional tasks as needed.
