Proficiency in Mainframe tools like Control -M, CA7, CHGMAN, Endevor, JOBTRAC, Service Now, and SQL SPUFI is required. Expertise in Mainframe Maintenance and Application Support projects, operating systems (OS/360), and databases (DB2) is essential. The candidate should possess strong technical and problem -solving skills, experience with AGILE methodology, SDLC, and ITIL -based Service Support processes, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
