Develop and execute annual capital investment plans aligned with operational and business objectives. Lead major engineering and facility projects from feasibility study through commissioning and performance validation. Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Preventive/Predictive Maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and performance. Oversee daily maintenance operations, equipment troubleshooting, and rapid response to production issues. Establish maintenance KPIs, reliability metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance and reduce costs. Manage facility infrastructure, including utilities, building systems, HVAC, and regulatory compliance programs. Lead implementation and optimization of CMMS/EAM platforms and digital maintenance technologies. Oversee spare parts inventory strategies and equipment lifecycle management processes. Manage energy efficiency, wastewater treatment, and environmental sustainability initiatives. Lead, develop, and mentor engineering and maintenance teams while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
