Job Description
Develop and execute annual capital investment plans aligned with operational and business objectives. Lead major engineering and facility projects from feasibility study through commissioning and performance validation. Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Preventive/Predictive Maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and performance. Oversee daily maintenance operations, equipment troubleshooting, and rapid response to production issues. Establish maintenance KPIs, reliability metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance and reduce costs. Manage facility infrastructure, including utilities, building systems, HVAC, and regulatory compliance programs. Lead implementation and optimization of CMMS/EAM platforms and digital maintenance technologies. Oversee spare parts inventory strategies and equipment lifecycle management processes. Manage energy efficiency, wastewater treatment, and environmental sustainability initiatives. Lead, develop, and mentor engineering and maintenance teams while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Sr. Maintenance Engineering Manager should have:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline required.
- 7+ years of engineering and maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering, maintenance, and technical teams.
- Extensive experience with TPM, Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs.
- Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming experience.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS/EAM systems and maintenance digitalization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Knowledge of OSHA, GMP, ISO standards, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience managing facility infrastructure, capital projects, and contractor/vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Education Requirement: Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Applicants without a BS degree in a relevant engineering discipline will not be considered.
