Job Description The OpportunityHitachi Energy in Alamo TN is seeking a skilled and forward‑thinking Senior Maintenance Leader to guide a high‑performing maintenance team and champion operational excellence across our facility. How Youll Make an Impact Lead the daily operations of the maintenance department. Guide mentor and support maintenance technicians and staff. Develop and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Oversee repairs and projects to ensure safe timely cost‑effective completion. Monitor maintenance budgets and manage resources efficiently. Ensure compliance with OSHA and all relevant safety standards. Analyze performance metrics and prepare data‑driven reports. Partner with cross‑functional teams to plan facility improvements.

Your Background Bachelors degree in Engineering Maintenance Management or related technical field. 7-10 years of maintenance leadership experience. Strong knowledge of industrial equipment repair procedures and maintenance systems. Proficiency with CMMS platforms and maintenance analytics. Demonstrated experience managing budgets and leading teams. Strong communication organization and project management skills.
