Staffing Network is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) in Mesa, AZ
Pay: $32-40 (plus $1.50 shift differential)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Maintenance Technician to support production equipment and facility operations. This role involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Respond to breakdowns and emergency repairs during production
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Repair or replace parts and test equipment for proper operation
- Maintain maintenance logs and track repairs
- Support inventory, spare parts, and ordering needs
- Assist with audits and ensure safety and compliance standards are met
- Work with team members to resolve technical issues and prioritize tasks
Requirements:
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Experience with troubleshooting production equipment
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance systems
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
Preferred:
- 5-7+ years' experience with facility maintenance, supervision is a MUST
- Leadership or training experience
- Associate degree or technical training
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around machinery and in industrial environments
