Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior maintenance staff.
- Participate in the development of maintenance schedules and plans.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of CNC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts as needed.
