We're looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to keep our automated distribution center running at peak performance. If you have a strong background in industrial maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, and mechanical systems, this is a great opportunity to work in a modern, climate-controlled facility with excellent career growth.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and automated systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, including PLCs, VFDs, motors, pumps, and conveyors.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Inspect and maintain material handling equipment (MHE).
• Update maintenance records using a CMMS system.
• Follow all safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Technical, vocational, or military maintenance training preferred.
• Experience in distribution centers, manufacturing, or automated facilities is a plus.
