The Director, Total Rewards leads the strategic and operational direction of Bel Fuse's compensation, benefits, payroll, and rewards programs. This role is accountable for developing and executing innovative solutions that drive organizational performance, support scalable growth, and foster a best-in-class associate experience. By ensuring all programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives, the Director, Total Rewards enhances associate engagement and retention while maintaining rigorous standards of excellence and integrity across all Total Rewards functions.\n \nAre You Looking to: \n\n Develop and execute a Total Rewards strategy aligned to Bel Fuse business goals and talent objectives, in partnership with regional HR.\n Lead compensation program design and benchmarking across base pay, STI/LTI, and equity, using market analysis to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.\n Own the annual compensation cycle (merit, incentives, equity events): governance, timelines, HRBP enablement, manager communications, approvals, and audit-ready documentation.\n Oversee executive compensation and equity administration in line with public company standards and applicable regulations.\n Manage US benefits (health/wellness/retirement) and recommend enhancements based on associate needs and regulatory requirements.\n Direct US payroll, recognition programs, analytics/budgeting/ROI, vendor relationships, and support M&A due diligence and integration for Total Rewards.\n \nAre You Ready to: \n\n Operate with direct authority over compensation, benefits, payroll, and rewards program design/administration.\n Lead through direct reports and project teams, using strong influencing skills to drive collaboration and outcomes.\n Deliver accurate work under minimal supervision, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n Handle confidential information with high integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.\n \nWhat You'll Need:\n\n Bachelor's degree required (HR, Business, Finance, or related); Master's/certifications (e.g., GPHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP) preferred.\n 10+ years in compensation/benefits/payroll with 5+ years leadership; strong experience with executive comp, public company requirements, and global rewards.\n Demonstrated expertise overseeing payroll operations (compliance, process optimization, technology, vendor management).\n Strong business/financial acumen including budgeting, cost analysis, forecasting, and program ROI evaluation.\n Advanced analytics/HRIS skills (Oracle/ADP preferred), strong reporting capability, and expert Excel (pivots, formulas, advanced functions).\n Proven ability to lead M&A total rewards integration, drive process improvement/change management, and leverage AI/technology tools; deep knowledge of key regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, FLSA, SEC, and state/local/global rules).\n \nWhat You'll Get:\n\n Base salary range: $114,000 \u2013 $171,000.
