UCT is looking for a talented Sr. Manager, Account Operations to join us in Phoenix, AZ .The Account Management leader will maintain a keen understanding of the semiconductors and Oil & Gas industries and value chain. Will bring expertise in sales, business development, product technology, customer needs, and competitive environment, relating them to future sales prospects, new product development partnerships and execution to ensure significant share increase across the main accounts. This individual will work with the Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Field Engineering, Engineering and R&D to provide vision, guidance, and for growing the accounts and UCT FS footprint with these customers.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas.Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.Initiate new product development based on customer long‑term technology trends.Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long‑term partnerships.Serve as an evangelist for our products through thought leadership and blogging, social media, and speaking.New product introductions, offerings and promotions.Present the needs and voice of the customer to the organization and gather OEM trends intelligence to develop new customer solutions and growth initiatives.Provide professional after‑sales support to maximize customer loyalty.Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs.Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain the company's reputation.Develop and implement the strategy for pricing, messaging, promotion and selling of our products to key OEM accounts.Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Excellent oral and verbal communications skills.Ability to present and speak persuasively in public.Educational / Certification RequirementBachelor's degree in relevant field.
