Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales/ Business Development role located in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area/ nearby state OH/IN/IL/KY. Will be responsible for identifying prospective business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include market research, client outreach, negotiation, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Sales / Business Development Experience and Client Relationship Management skills
• Strong Negotiation, Market Research, and Strategic Planning abilities
• Good Knowledge of Plant Engineering services, Capex and Opex projects, Plant Sustainabily projects, Plant reliability and Assett Management ,Product Engineering, Digital Engineering, and/or Manufacturing Engineering industries
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to identify and convert leads into successful business partnerships
• Prior experience working in consulting, engineering, or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• Willingness to work on-site in US- East and Mid-west region and extensive travel to customer locations.
