    Job Duties: Use knowledge of Kubernetes environments to design innovative solutions. Lead multiple highly complex projects of diverse scope, act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with customers, peers, internal and external partners. Design, build, update, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure. Design, Document and build complex Kubernetes systems. Monitor container performance and optimizing system configuration. Provide well documented architecture, design, as well as review existing state and offer alternative state solutions. Understand up-anddown stream impact of changes and proposals. Develop and automate infrastructure with Terraform. Create reusable, modular orchestrated code to deploy resources. Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations. Champion managing cloud environments in accordance with cloud best practices and security guidelines. Collaborate with Product Teams, architects, and Engineers to deliver positive cloud deployment experiences. Mentor junior developers in design patterns, best practices, and software development strategy.

    What you have

    Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor's in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 96 months of progressive, post-Bachelor's experience in a related occupation. . Experience must include 96 months of experience in each of the following: Develop and maintain Terraform code for cloud infrastructure provisioning, expertise in designing reusable, versioned Terraform modules to standardize infrastructure deployment, manage Terraform state, module dependencies, and environment separation; CI/CD or IaC pipelines/tools including GitOps, Github, Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitHub Action, FluxCD to enable automated, repeatable, and auditable infrastructure deployments; Container Orchestration included designed, managed and optimized Kubernetes infrastructure using Nutanix Kubernetes Platform (NKP), AWS EKS on Outposts, Google Kubernetes Engine, AWS ECS containers, ECR, Docker, Harbor container registry, MetalLB, Chaos Engineering and Kubernetes, Kustomization, OPA/Gatekeeper; Observability tools including Datadogs, AppDynamic, AWS Cloudwatch, Cloud trail and integration with Kubernetes cluster; Cloud Platform including VPC, Route 53, NACL, Security Group, App Mesh, ELB, EC2, ENI, Elastic IPs, Auto Scaling Group, CloudFormation, IAM Roles and Policy, RDS, AMI, KMS, S3, EBS, EFS, S3 Glacier, Storage Gateway, Outposts, CloudWatch, SNS, CloudTrail, Lambda, Organizations, Resource Access Manager, Azure Cloud Services; and Develop infrastructure as code, organize cloud systems, and evaluate new virtualization technology and integration products through Proof-of-Concept initiatives.

    We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
