Overview
Sr. Manager, Collectibles at Crocs Inc., is to serve as the product lead for all footwear, Jibbitz, and accessories within the Collectibles category. This role is responsible for leading product assortment development and end‑to‑end execution, partnering closely with Product Development, Design, and cross‑functional teams to bring collectible concepts to life. While this position does not set overall collectibles strategy, it plays a critical role in translating strategic direction into compelling, executable product assortments that resonate with collectors and fans. The ideal candidate brings strong product instincts, a deep understanding of pop culture and collector behavior, and a proven ability to manage complex product pipelines from concept through launch.
