Summary
The Sr. Manager, Field Construction Services provides strategic leadership and oversight for all field‑based construction safety support activities across Energy Transfer's pipeline, terminal, facility, and infrastructure portfolio. This role leads third‑party inspection safety programs, ensures rigorous safety and quality performance, and drives consistent execution standards across geographically dispersed construction sites. The Sr. Manager serves as a critical liaison for safety between field operations, project management, engineering, and contractor partners, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient construction delivery.

Qualifications
Required
Preferred
Experience in a large midstream operator or EPC environment.
Knowledge of Energy Transfer inspection processes, and safety programs.
OSHA 30 hour Construction Certificate.
Experience applying Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles.
Experience supporting emergency response or medical programs in industrial settings.
CSP - Certified Safety Professional
CHST - Construction Health & Safety Technician
ASP - Associate Safety Professional
OHST - Occupational Health & Safety Technician
CSST - Certified Safety Supervisor & Technician
EMT, Advanced EMT (AEMT), Paramedic, or higher EMS certification
