The Sr. Manager, Contract Management and Analytics is a cross-functional business partner developing and implementing pricing and contracting strategies for inline, launch, and pipeline products to support brand planning, forecasting and ensuring product access aligned with Company financial objectives.
The position will be part of a team providing a broad range of solutions and services across National Channel Accounts (Wholesaler, Specialty Pharmacy, Retail Pharmacy, Group Purchasing Organization, Specialty Distributor, Pharmacy Cooperative). The position will report to the Associate Director, Contract Development.

Knowledge of the healthcare industry and the role contracts play in the pharmaceutical ecosystem
Experience supporting a sales and/or account management team preferred
Ability to develop an effective and collaborative working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Ability to understand business requirements, propose solutions, gain alignment and execute
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to gather, understand, and evaluate information from various sources
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
Ability to coordinate and influence the efforts of cross-functional teams

Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent, and occasionally, competing initiatives
