Seeking a Sr. Manager, Engineering to lead physical infrastructure for hyperscale AI data centers.
Responsibilities include overseeing design and optimization of structural, civil, electrical, mechanical, controls, fiber networks, and cooling systems.
Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team, develop standards, and ensure seamless project execution from design to commissioning.
Drive innovation in cooling, power, and fiber infrastructure to support high-density AI workloads.
Manage budgets, schedules, vendor relationships, and compliance standards while providing technical leadership.
Qualifications include 7+ years engineering experience, 2+ years in leadership, expertise in data center infrastructure, and relevant tools.
This primarily onsite role involves travel and extended hours. Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills are essential.
