Senior Regional Facilities Manager - Missouri Operations
Position Summary
The Senior Regional Facilities Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for all facilities, infrastructure, maintenance, utilities, security, environmental compliance, and capital project activities across Watlow's Missouri operations, including Hannibal, Columbia, and St. Louis. This position is accountable for developing and executing long-range facilities strategies that support business growth, operational excellence, risk mitigation, sustainability, and campus expansion. The role leads multiple facilities teams and major capital programs while serving as the primary facilities advisor to site and business leadership.
