Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Ensure logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high service levels.
- Manage and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and enforcing company policies.
- Implement and enforce OSHA standards and company safety programs.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for leadership on productivity, inventory accuracy, and facility performance.
- Develop and manage facility budgets, including cost control for utilities, labor, and equipment.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections as required.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in workflow efficiency, quality control, and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or facility management.
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), inventory systems, and logistics processes.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards including OSHA.
