Position Overview
The Sr. Manager, Finance Transformation plays a hands-on role in executing finance modernization initiatives that improve efficiency, enhance decision support, and support scalable growth. This role is intended for a self-directed finance professional with strong technical and project management skills who can own initiatives end-to-end and consistently roll up their sleeves to deliver results.
The role partners closely with Finance leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to redesign processes, implement tools, and turn transformation strategies into delivered outcomes. The Sr. Manager will personally lead projects, manage timelines, and drive adoption—ensuring initiatives move from concept to execution.
