We are seeking a Senior Manager, Information Management Services, to lead the delivery of professional services for our pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. In this dynamic, vendor-side role, you will balance overseeing library support services, information science and business operations. You will directly manage a team of embedded information and records/document support professionals, ensuring all client deliverables meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), contract requirements, and quality standards. This role will also have responsibility toward growth and development of the embedded staff.
As a key relationship manager, you will develop and maintain relationships with our clients and work across internal CCC functionscollaborating with IT, Legal, HR, and Salesto support your staff, clients, and operations, to drive business growth, renewals and retention. This opportunity blends library, information management and commercial business expertise.
The selected candidate will work remotely; Midwest location preferred working Eastern time zone to support team collaboration and business hours.
Compensation range: $95,000 - $105,000
Other compensation: Performance bonus eligible
The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, licensure, certifications, related experience and other related factors.
