AES a division of Lennox, was established in 1988 and is one of the largest manufacturers of roof curbs and drop box diffuser systems in the nation. We have recently expanded our capabilities as a single source supplier by adding a Mechanical Services Division as well as becoming a Misc. Steel manufacturer. These new services will reduce construction costs and eliminate coordination with multiple suppliers and subcontractors. Our focus will be to enhance the services provided to our General Contractor network nationwide. AES has 4 different fabrication facility locations nationwide to assist our customers and reduce their freight cost and shipment lead times.
What Drives Success:Directs internal sales team that handles customer quotes, inquiries, and problems via e-mail and sometimes telephone. Develops and monitors the application of product quoting procedures, operating structure, and information flow. Responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining administrative and technical procedures to provide responsive service to customers. Develops internal sales policies, rates, schedules, procedures and methods. Ensures the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards. Ensures that departmental operating costs, sales, and profit goals are attained. Approves personnel activities concerning hiring, training, development, and evaluation of staff performance. Manages order-processing activities of the team.

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $121,800 - $158,500 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
