    Sr Manager - Integration Management Office

    The Sr. Manager, IMO provides leadership across a broader project and program delivery, governance, and execution scope, directing managers and/or professionals, advising senior stakeholders, and driving execution for complex initiatives. Is accountable for outcomes across multiple related teams and priorities. Typical responsibilities include overseeing project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical-path updates, status reporting, steering materials, action logs, and meeting cadence, and implementation readiness, cutover planning, and post-launch stabilization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Direct broader team execution across project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical-path updates and scope, budget, risks, issues, and change-control decisions, balancing capacity, priorities, and quality across a wider scope.
    • Establish workflows, service levels, and controls for status reporting, steering materials, action logs, and meeting cadence so work is delivered consistently and on time.
    • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage cross-functional workstream coordination, vendor follow-up, and deliverable tracking, resolve escalations, and align expectations.
    • Translate information from implementation readiness, cutover planning, and post-launch stabilization into operating decisions, resource shifts, and improvement priorities.
    • Coach, develop, and assess team members while building capability, accountability, and succession depth.

    Required Experience

    • 8+ years of relevant experience in project and program delivery, governance, and execution or a closely related field.
    • Experience leading teams, setting priorities, and driving results across stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, solve complex problems, and drive improvements or strategic outcomes.

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
