We are hiring a Senior Manager, Internal Controls to join our Finance team!

As our Senior Manager, Internal Controls, you will lead the Internal Controls Assessment Program (ICAP) and serve as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring strong financial and IT control environments across the organization.

This is a senior leadership role reporting to the Vice President Sr, Finance & CFO. You will act as the internal controls leader for the business unit-driving compliance with ICFR requirements, strengthening governance practices, and elevating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross‑functional leaders, external auditors, and corporate partners while developing and mentoring your team.

Your expertise, judgment, and ability to balance risk with business objectives will directly shape the strength and effectiveness of our control environment.

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

Do you have experience leading internal controls programs?

Own and manage the Internal Controls Assessment Program (ICAP) across Watkins Wellness and its subsidiaries, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency across financial and IT control environments.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

  • CPA, CMA, or CIA designation strongly preferred

  • 8+ years of audit, accounting, or finance experience

  • Proven experience with internal controls frameworks (ICFR/SOX)

  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment, control design, and audit processes

  • Experience working with internal and external auditors

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross‑functional teams

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization

  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience supporting system implementations, process improvements, or transformation initiatives is a plus

  • Ability to travel up to 10%
