Role Overview
The IT Project Manager supports one or more technology projects within the Fidelity Health Technology portfolio, partnering with engineering/technology, product and program leaders to translate strategy into executable plans and ensure committed outcomes are delivered through modern iterative delivery practices. Planning, tracking, and managing project work including dependencies, risks, releases and status updates. Accountable for assessing and determining project prioritization and ensuring project delivery. By modeling Fidelity leadership behaviors and adaptive ways of working, help evolve and sustain an innovative, collaborative culture.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
