Our client is seeking a Sr. Manager – Japanese Bilingual for a hybrid position in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience, strong supply chain and digital transformation expertise, and business-level Japanese and English proficiency in both speaking and writing.
The candidate will lead cross-functional and international projects, work with business and IT stakeholders, drive supply chain process improvements, and support digital transformation initiatives across global teams.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, or IT transformation.
Business-level Japanese and English proficiency – both spoken and written. Strong experience in Supply Chain Management and related business processes.
Experience with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, Procurement, Supplier Collaboration, or Manufacturing Operations.
Experience managing cross-functional and international teams.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
Experience working with automotive OEMs or automotive suppliers strongly preferred.
Experience leading digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery skills.
Experience working with global teams across North America and Asia-Pacific.
Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, or Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong leadership, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work hybrid in Plano, TX and travel up to 10%.
