DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.

Your opportunity:

The Senior Manager, Knowledge Management/Content Strategist on DAFgiving360's Knowledge Management team is responsible for creating and implementing a strategy to foster the flow of knowledge across the organization while supporting users of the knowledge center, our internal resource for business information including procedures, product information and organizational resources.

The Senior Manager will own phases of the donor journey, anticipate and develop knowledge experiences, and ensure the accuracy of existing content while project managing new content in support of the DAFgiving360 strategy. The Senior Manager will constantly evaluate the effectiveness of the knowledge management program and recommend improvements to meet both current and future needs.

What you'll do:

  • Own the strategic theme "Focus on our People" by creating and maintaining a knowledge center experience that empowers and educates content owners/users.
  • Create and maintain a training program and content contributor community.
  • Own and refine the content/feedback submission process (FDR, briefs, etc.).
  • Evolve the communication strategy for utilization of the knowledge center including newsletter articles, roadshows, and attending group meetings to discuss knowledge management best practices.
  • Own the AI/technology experience and how we utilize technology to advance the knowledge center and knowledge
  • Own knowledge management strategy/plan in partnership with second Sr. Knowledge Strategist.
  • Supports BAU work as needed.
