Description

Title: Sr Manager of Salesforce Delivery
Location: Mostly Remote (20% Travel to Overland Park, KS)

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Delivery Leader with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, Copado, and Git. This role will lead developers, admins, and architects while driving Salesforce roadmap execution, release management, platform stability, and enterprise integrations in a regulated environment.

Required Skills:
Salesforce Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
Salesforce CI/CD & Release Management
Copado, Git, Agile/Scrum
Metadata-Driven Architecture
MuleSoft / ServiceNow Integrations
Salesforce Certifications (PD1/PD2/Architect preferred)

Preferred:
Financial Services domain experience
Okta / Identity Federation knowledge
