Come join the teamThe OpportunityA results-oriented Bilingual Korean Senior Manager of PP&T Price Promotion and Trade is sought to lead divisions revenue growth and profitability by strategically managing pricing promotional activities and trade spend. This role requires working cross-functionally with various departments like Sales Marketing Finance and Product Management to ensure alignment and effective implementation of pricing trade and promotional strategies.ResponsibilitiesOversees ROI pre-assessment using sales forecasts to guide strategic resource allocation and investment decisions.Develop and execute pricing strategies by aligning with product management team to set prices for products across various channels optimizing price points.Analyze market trends and competitive pricing to make informed pricing decisions and to identify opportunities for price optimization.Develop and implement promotional strategies that align with business objectives and attract target audiences.Monitor and evaluate promotional performance for adjustments based on performance and market trends.Develop trade strategies and plans collaborating with Sales Marketing and Finance to ensure alignment with the companys growth and profit objectives.Optimize trade spending by analyzing trade promotion executions to uncover opportunities for improved ROI and influencing tangible improvements for key customers.Present pricing analysis and recommendations to senior management and influencing decision-making processes.Education Experience RequirementsBachelors degree in business marketing finance or other related fields.Masters degree MBA andor professional certification e.g. CPA CFA preferred.Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience with a focus on pricing promotion management or trade optimization.In-depth understanding and experience in developing and implementing various pricing strategies e.g. cost-based competitive penetration value-based.Must have a experience with analytical tools and methodologies for pricing and promotion optimization.Proven ability to lead projects influence cross-functional partners and build strong relationships with stakeholders including senior leadership.Korean and English Fluency is required Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data and insights in a clear concise and compelling manner.Must have experience working with and managing data warehousing systems for accessing and utilizing large datasets.Recruiting Range148000-158000 USDBenefits Offered Full-Time EmployeesNo-cost employee premiums for you and your eligible dependents for competitive medical dental vision and prescription benefits.Auto enrollment with immediate vesting of competitive company matching contributions in a 401k Retirement Savings Plan with several investmentoptions.Generous Paid Time Off program that includes company holidays and a combined bank of paid sick and vacation time.
