What you will be doing

The Senior Manager, Pricing & Yield Management is a highly strategic and visible leadership role responsible for defining and operationalizing AMC's pricing, yield, and packaging strategy across the full portfolio of media offerings, including:

  • Onsite Display and Sponsored Products
  • Self-Service Media
  • Offsite and Programmatic Media
  • Data and Audience Marketplace
  • Digital In-Store, DOOH, and CTV
  • Emerging and custom media offerings, including curated events, sponsorships, and new formats

Operating across a hybrid monetization model, this leader will develop and scale innovative commercial frameworks spanning rate cards, auction dynamics, upfront commitments, objective-based pricing, custom deal structures, and demand-driven yield optimization. The role also owns critical pricing and inventory workflows across CPQ, reporting, and OMS processes, with deep expertise in Advendio strongly preferred.

This position serves as a strategic partner to Sales and cross-functional leadership and will regularly engage with senior stakeholders across the organization. Success in this role requires strong executive presence, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to influence in a complex, highly visible, and at times demanding leadership environment. The ideal candidate brings deep industry experience, strong commercial judgment, and the maturity to navigate competing priorities while driving alignment and results.

The position is in office 4 days per week and will be based in add locations (Pleasanton CA, Boise ID, Itasca IL, NYC)

Main responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve enterprise pricing and yield strategy across all media offerings, including reserved, programmatic, and custom solutions
  • Design and implement monetization frameworks (e.g., upfronts, dynamic pricing, demand-based yield models) to maximize revenue
  • Establish pricing governance, including rate cards, discount policies, approval thresholds, and margin guardrails
  • Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, Product, Revenue Ops) to assess pricing performance, elasticity, and market competitiveness
  • Own yield management strategy, optimizing inventory utilization, sell-through, and revenue performance across channels
  • Forecast supply and demand to inform pricing, allocation, and inventory risk mitigation strategies
  • Develop scalable packaging and deal strategies; advise on complex or non-standard commercial opportunities
  • Oversee CPQ/OMS pricing logic and workflows, driving operational efficiency, data integrity, and system scalability
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights on pricing, yield, and inventory, informing strategic decision-making and revenue optimization

What we are searching for

  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in pricing, yield management, revenue operations, or media monetization in complex, high-growth environments
  • Proven track record owning pricing and yield strategies across multi-format media inventories
  • Deep expertise in hybrid monetization models, including reserved, programmatic, auction-based, and custom solutions
  • Strong industry background in retail media, ad tech, digital publishing, or related ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-visibility settings
  • Advanced analytical and financial acumen, including forecasting, pricing strategy, and business case development
  • Hands-on experience with ad order management systems (Advendio preferred) and related platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google Ad Manager, DSPs)
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear recommendations
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and drive scalable adoption of new strategies and processes
