    Amazon Freight is building a disruptive transportation product with the vision of redefining shipping for its customers. The goal is to develop easy-to-use, reliable, and transparent transportation services that beat all existing shipping alternatives. Amazon Freight is deeply studying customer shipping needs and building innovative, market-leading solutions that will organically attract customers towards our services. To help us succeed in this large endeavor, we are looking for an experienced leader to own pricing execution strategy and delivery for Amazon Freight"s Enterprise customers.

    This role owns the full lifecycle of pricing execution from concept and design to launch, iterative enhancements, and performance monitoring to drive measurable business impact. The Senior Manager defines pricing strategies that directly influence billions in biddable revenue, builds and leads a team of Pricing Managers, and operates at the intersection of product/tech, sales execution, business strategy, and finance. You will influence without authority across senior leaders spanning finance, sales, product, engineering, science, and execution to deliver scalable pricing outcomes.

    This position requires high judgment, excellent analytical abilities, and a creative mind to invent solutions that improve both the customer and seller experience. It also offers broad exposure to various business, operational, financial, and technical teams across Amazon. You should thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity.     • Own pricing profitability and margin policy, ensuring pricing decisions comply with financial plans while balancing revenue growth
    • Build, enable, and develop a team of Pricing Managers that deliver strategic results through pricing execution
    • Drive alignment with senior leaders on cross-functional goals across Revenue and Margin, and create mechanisms to regularly align on financial tradeoffs
    • Define requirements and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Science to drive pricing automation and scale execution
