Position Summary: The Sr. Manager, Docking Product will lead the industrial dock equipment portfolio and be responsible for crafting and executing strategic product roadmaps, owns prioritization of all Docking product development initiatives and makes recommendations to advance, pause, or discontinue projects based on business value, customer validation, and resource alignment, with final decisions aligned with BU leadership, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the entire product lifecycle aligns with market demands, business objectives and regulatory standards. The Sr. Manager, Docking Product will lead market-facing innovation strategy, defining opportunity spaces based on customer needs and business priorities, conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs and industry trends, translate findings into a robust product strategy and roadmap, and collaborate closely with Research & Innovation (R&I), engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and market positioning. This role will manage the product/brand P&L and focus on cost, performance, risk mitigation, scheduling, supply chain, and a solid understanding of industry regulations, to balance technical excellence with business objectives.

Requires the ability to use a variety of office/production related equipment such as a calculator, telephone, photocopier, computer printer, and precision measuring instrument.
Requires a valid motor vehicle operator's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle while carefully observing all traffic rules and regulations.
Work beyond the traditional 40 hours per week may be required as workload or projects dictate, including weekends and holidays (this verbiage shall be retained for all job descriptions)
