Sr. Manager, Product:

• Define, develop, and launch new product opportunities.
• Drive forward product innovations by developing relationships with cross functional teams.
• Refine product roadmap by leveraging customer and business insights.
• Manage the development of new products and marketing opportunities against operating plans and budgets to achieve financial and business objectives. 
• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to bring programs and projects to market, from concept to test/launch.
• Conduct research and gather and synthesize data to develop insights into recommended strategies and actions.

Telecommuting permitted up to 20% per week.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Pay Range: $170,000 - $196,500 per year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field, plus 3 years of experience as a product manager in the food, beverage, or retail industry. 

Must have 2 years of experience in project planning, management, execution, and collaboration.

Must have 2 years of experience in category or brand management.

Must have 1 year of experience in developing and delivering presentations to executive level audiences.

Telecommuting permitted up to 20% per week.
