As a Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance on the PMO team, a typical day for you will include:
  • Define and enforce enterprise QA standards, policies, and quality gates, ensuring all releases meet established thresholds before production approval.
  • Oversee and standardize QA tools, frameworks, and automation strategies to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability across teams and vendors.
  • Lead end-to-end testing efforts, validating system integrations, data integrity, environments, and readiness across platforms and third-party solutions.
  • Ensure all testing reflects real-world customer journeys, proactively identifying risks that could impact user experience, performance, or brand trust.
  • Partner with PMO, CIO leadership, and cross-functional teams to embed QA into planning, prioritization, and release governance while providing visibility into quality risks.
  • Monitor and analyze QA metrics, dashboards, and performance trends to drive data-informed release decisions and continuous quality improvement.

(Required qualifications)
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years in Quality Assurance with enterprise-scale experience
    • 5+ years in leadership roles overseeing cross-functional or centralized QA teams
    • Proven experience operating within governance, PMO, or portfolio delivery models
    • Demonstrated success in standardizing QA tools, frameworks, and processes across multiple teams or business units
    • Experience managing quality across internal systems and third-party/vendor ecosystems
    • Technical Expertise
      • Deep understanding of end-to-end testing methodologies across the SDLC
      • Hands-on experience with test management platforms, automation frameworks, and defect tracking tools
      • Strong background in test case automation, execution, and results analysis
      • Experience integrating QA into CI/CD pipelines
      • Knowledge of API, integration, and performance testing
      • Familiarity with cloud-based and distributed architectures
  • Education:
    • Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering

  • Schedule / in-office requirements:
    • Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
