    Job Duties: Perform software troubleshooting/debugging, issue triaging, and perform defect fixes and enhancements of the application. Support Production Readiness processes to ensure the team is ready to support features deployed to production. Coordinate application maintenance activities, such as OS upgrade, Disaster Recovery exercise, etc. Serve on 24x7 production support team on rotation. Analyze and resolve application issues in production. Actively participating in mentoring junior team members. Working with Team Lead (Sr. Staff level) to design and implement process improvement in our Production Services and Operations.

    What you have

    Job Requirements: Requires a Bachelor''s Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 96 months of experience in a related occupation.. Experience must include 96 months of experience involving the following: DevOps including CI/CD pipeline development using Harness, GITHub, Bamboo, or Bitbucket; Cloud platform management, implementing hybrid cloud strategies, and utilizing container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes; Site Reliability Engineering, including defining and monitoring SLI/SLO metrics, incident response, and post-mortem analysis; Root cause analysis through systematic incident investigation methodologies; Performing log analysis using Splunk, or similar tools; and Capacity management, including performance monitoring and capacity planning for Windows environments.

    We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
