Job Duties: Work with engineers, product owners, and business analysts to maintain all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Ensure the on time, quality delivery of software product releases. Technical QA lead role in a Mainframe environment. Will analyze, test, and communicate direction to other QA professional colleagues to ensure that all software accurately aligns with the needs of the business, while also adhering to regulatory needs. Understand and articulate enterprise-level systems and data flows to aid with QA involving testing, development, and implementation of Mainframe-based applications and databases. Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and impact analysis by working with PO (Product Owners), Business Owners, SM (Scrum Masters), SME (Subject Matter Experts), Tech Leads, and upstream/downstream organizations. Mentor other team members to meet the delivery standards of the organization.

What you have

Job Requirements: Requires a Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 60 months of progressive, post-bachelor''s experience in a related occupation. . Experience must include 60 months of experience involving the following: COBOL, JCL, DB2, SQL, SQL Stored Procedures, Messaging Queues (IBM MQ and Kafka), CICS, Easytrieve, Datacom, and SORT utilities; Selenium, Cucumber, and REXX utilities; QA end-to-end testing, including working with Regulatory bodies such as DTCC or SEC; Control-M, ChangeMan, FileAid, Startool, TOAD, and SPUFI; API testing tools Postman, Parasoft, or Fiddler to aid in modernization efforts; RCA (Root Cause Analysis); and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. .

We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
