Position Overview
As the Sr. Manager, SOX Coordinator, youll support the companys Sarbanes Oxley compliance program and broader accounting governance activities. Reporting to the VP of Accounting, youll serve as a key liaison between Accounting, business process owners, external auditors, and the companys internal audit outsource partner.
The Sr. Manager, SOX Coordinator will help coordinate the execution of the SOX program, maintain the risk and control matrix, support control design and documentation, administer Workiva Controls, and assist with the development and maintenance of accounting and internal control policies. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, practical experience with public company controls, and the ability to work cross functionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
