What You Will Do to Change Lives
This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Talent Acquisition process improvement initiatives. This includes designing, monitoring, and improving processes and procedures to optimize full cycle recruiting, including, job posting, candidate screening, preboarding, and onboarding. This individual will utilize process improvement and project management methodologies to automate, streamline, and create efficiencies for the organization that improve recruiting, candidate and employee engagement and retention. This role will supervise the Team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
Shifts Available:
Full Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm
Expected starting wage range is $125,258.42 - $154,736.95. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organization Development, Business Administration, or related field
- Eight (8) years of progressively responsible professional experience in HR and Talent Acquisition, with experience managing complex projects.
- Extensive experience with full-cycle recruitment
- Proven track record in increasingly responsible leadership positions
- Experience with business process improvement and the tools and data requirements for supporting effective business processes.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, workflow documentation (such as Visio) and business presentations
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant subject
- PMP certification
- Training or certification in Six Sigma or other LEAN methodology
- Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking and other HR technology platforms.
